Digital with brick & mortars is Apple’s bet for India.

In Q4 2020, Apple doubled its market share in India to 4%, thanks to its e-commerce website launched in September 2020. The firm plans to open physical stores in India, starting with Mumbai, in order to be less dependent on third party vendors, and to improve customer experience and knowledge. Apple also continues to move previous Chinese production into India, Vietnam and Malaysia.
