Mind Retail: After 34 years of retail consultancy at McMillan Doolittle, you are now CEO of Good Food Holdings. Can you please present the company?

Neil Stern: Good Food Holding is the holding company for locally operated independent food retailers operating 51 stores in the U.S. West Coast. Our supermarkets cover 3,000 sq.m on average – which is smaller than other grocers – and are spread from San Diego to Seattle.
