NRF-Kantar’s TOP 50 global retailers in 2022

In 2022, Walmart, Amazon, Schwartz and Aldi dominate the annual ranking established by Kantar for the American Retail Federation (NRF). Which retailers have joined and which left the ranking? Which e-tailers are included? Which players have the highest retail revenues and what are the average revenues per store? For the second year running, mind Retail analysed the data.

Every year, the National Retail Federation (NRF), in conjunction with Kantar, produces a ranking of the 50 largest global retailers, taking into account several indicators. These include revenue, but also number of stores in their domestic and international markets and the number of countries in which they operate. In March 2022, it published the data for the year 2020, marked by the Covid-19 pandemic, which mind Retail analysed.
