These malls, which will undergo a revamping of €150 million from 2021, belong to Breuninger (department stores). In early 2019, URW took over from ECE the Nordwest Zentrum centre in Frankfurt (94,500 sq.m GLA, 15.6 million visitors in 2018) and Leine-Center in Hannover (39,000 sq.m GLA).
