Named “Forward Store”, this trainer store offers a futuristic design, opened at the end of November 2022. With 520 sq.m on 2 floors, this is the brand’s second sustainable store, after opening in Milan at the beginning of 2022. The service focuses on in-store reparability. With green walls, Golden Goose, whose new products are now all Cradle-to-Cradle certified (or C2C, the international certification of reference in terms of the circular economy, awarded by the C2CPII), has above all chosen to be a laboratory, with an specific customisation of products alongside an ecological ambition. A “remake” area allows customers to have products, new or second-hand, personalised (embroidery, personal messages). In addition to the sale of fashion items and accessories, customers can return products of any brands via recycling bins. The “resell” area allows customers to buy second-hand Golden Goose products. In the basement, the repair workshop with a rough concrete floor and salvaged furniture, any brand item is washed, disinfected, repaired or refurbished. The service runs in partnership with the bespoke tailoring brand Sartoria, and the Italian cobbler Calzoleria. All brands of trainers are accepted. A bespoke design service is also available for trainers or suits.
